I have a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Limited. About 2 years ago, I experienced the screen of the UConnect Radio going black. The radio still has sound, but there is no image. It would blink off and on sometimes. Other times, it would just go black and not come back on. So, we took it to the dealership and after 2-3 visits, they finally replaced the unit. Everything worked great for about a year. Now, the radio is doing the exact same thing again! It's as if there is a short somewhere. If I hit the dash board on top of the radio, it will sometimes respond and the screen comes back on. Other times, even that won't bring the screen back to life.
I have an appointment to have the dealership look at this again, but what are the odds I have gotten 2 faulty radios? Really? It's so frustrating. Any ideas here would be of great help.
