Default alarm problem

I have a 2004 Pacifica, 2 days ago when I arm or unarm the alarm the lights on the outside of the car stopped flashing. The inside lights still come on with the alarm only the outside lights stopped flashing. All the light work when the panic button is pushed but I have noticed that when I hit the button on the control sometimes it takes a few pushes before it works. I thought maybe it was a battery in the control. But I have 3 extra remotes and they are all doing the same thing. Is it a fuse causing the problem or something more? I am lost when it comes to cars for the most part.

Thanks for any suggestions

Did you try going through the menu? I know that you can change some features regarding the alarm. If that doesn't work try disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes and let the system reset. This may help, otherwise maybe someone who has experienced the same problem can help you.
