Default Automatic Feature for your lights?

I am new to the forum and would like to know if anyone has figured out a way to convert a 2006 PAC to have the lights turn on automatically when it becomes dark out? Are there any after market parts I can buy to have this done?

Gee, on my '05, I have a setting on the headlite switch for "auto". I just leave it at that and the lights are off during the day and on at night.

If I understand this correctly you will have to purchase the stalk on your steering column and possibly add the auto dimming mirror. Someone who has done this can give you exact details as to what you need to install and how to do it.

ok what you need is auto dimming mirror and the stalk that has the auto option.the only thing is that if your 2006 is a base model you might now have all the neccesary harness prewired so you would not be ablw to get it but if you have a touring than it is quite easy.once you get the mirror you have to drop the homelink console and you'll see the pig tail/harness for the auto dimming mirror and than you change the stalk and you are good to go.if you need any more info like part # and stuff just email me @ kerim_kodal@yahoo.com and i'll get you the part #'s you need.good luck
