Default California same as non-California (for smog equipment)?

I've owned a 2005 Pacifica Limited since new here in San Diego. It's been a fantastic experience, the best modern car I've ever owned. But it's now at 110K-miles and I'd like to find a newer Limited with lower miles (under 50K). Limited's are fairly scarce and I've begun looking outside California for one. But I'm worried that the CA smog equipment may not be fitted to other Pacifica's outside CA.

My question: are the California Pacifica's unique (smog equipment) or the same as other state's Pacifica's?

Thanks!

Well that's too bad. But thank you for the advice.
Having to find a CA 2007-08 Pacifica Limited with less than 50K-miles is not going to be easy.
