check engine light codes & possibly faulty wiring or loose wire
2006 Pacifica. Just had the codes read again at my mechanic because was getting p0456 & p0133. Replaced front o2 sensor at least 6 times now in the last 2 years. Replaced cat converter in Sept 2011. Had p0300 code, had him clean the throttle body. Was still getting p0456 after replacing fuel pump in Aug. 2011 so mechanic replaced plenum gasket after smoke test. Very small leak upper right side of the gasket. That was 2 weeks ago. Within 2 days the check engine light came on. He checked the codes had 133, 456, 420. Auto Zone checked codes only had 133 & 456. Today while driving to mechanic AC went out. He checked the wiring however it's tested he says it's not responding right but the o2 sensor is OK & there is no leak. Now there is no signal out of the AC condenser. Ranzy had a wiring fix for the flickering light problem so many have. Does anyone else have any other type of wiring issues & did anyone use Ranzys fix?

yes but not for the 3 u have listed your mechanic must not know a single thing about electronics then. Read the post that I did when u posted the info in the PAC lights flickering. the 420 will need a new converter.

OK mechanic finally fixed the P0456 problem it was the purge selenoid sensor. Both P0133 & P0456 were gone. Drove from Ga to Washington state got 2600 + miles & the check engine light went on P0133 code for the front 02 sensor again!!!! As I mentioned in the earlier post that was replaced last Sept, just now over 15,000 on that o2 sensor. What else might be the problem or could it actually be that sensor?

No. Mopar 02 sensor put in at Chrysler dealership. Had the rear 02 sensor replaced 2 years ago with Bosch at independent shop & when it went out real fast, replaced with Mopar sensor also. No problem ever with that rear 02 sensor, just the one time & that was because it was just time to replace it anyway. Found out that when it comes to the sensors have to use Mopar parts. Also, independent mechanic used a Mopar purge selenoid when he replaced that sensor.
