Confused about 2007 Pacifica aux inputs

Default Confused about 2007 Pacifica aux inputs

Our chrysler Pacifica has two sets of audio and video jacks. Are both of these inputs or is one set outputs. I don't want to push audio into the wrong jacks.

it wont do anything read the owners manual it will show u as well

I have already checked the manual I received with my used pacifica and can't find anything about what jacks are the in and possibly out. Do you know if one is an out or are both inputs?

Ok finally found where it says use the DVD changer inputs. Now to figure out what the other hacks are.

I don't know if you have figured it out yet, but you will need an AUX cord with the RCA plugs on the end of it. Go to Walmart, I got mine for $20 (Schoshe) and its very high quality. You may have to cycle through the mode's a few times before the AUX options appears, but it works great! Good luck!

I thought it interesting that the front had a video input even thought there is no front screen.
My aux does a weird thing, when I connect my MP3 player, in between songs it says "no aux input" then will start and upcut the beginning of the song.
anyone had this?

Yes, my Pacifica does this too. Kind of annoying, but at least it works!

It takes a high level signal for some reason(almost full volume of a smartphone/mp3 player) to override switching between the aux and the changer audio.

Yeah, I have given up using it as it is annoying when it cuts in and out between songs on an MP3 player.
Sort of a useless feature frankly
