Default Cruise Control/Horn not working

I have three issues.

1) Horn does not work
2) Cruise control will not turn on. I mean, when I select the on/off button I don't see "Cruise On" in the bottom left screen.
3) Horn does not sound when locking doors with remote (probably due to issue #1)

I already checked all fuses (know only of the fuses in engine compartment) and none are burnt.

Please help!

try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then hooking it back up. This can reset some modules and may solve your problem. Sometimes it fixes it for several months and sometimes just temporarily. My wife's Town and country would not lock with remote or inside switch. We pulled the power for a few minutes and when restored, the locks worked again and this wan last October. The same can be done by pulling the IOD fuse in the fuse box instead of pulling the neg. battery cable. Check all the fuses and look for the one marked IOD, pull it for a minute o so and put it back in. Hopefully this does the trick for you.

Does your horn work when you press it?. The Owner's Manual does have a section on how to reactivate the horn when being locked by remote button.

Horns do last a long time, but check and see if you have avail. power to your horn, if so check horn's continuity. I think cruise control is on a different circuit.

Clockspring? Bingo!! I think thats my issue. Reason I say is that is what I was told is my issue for airbag light being on.

Anyone know of a link that shows the steps to replace clockspring?
