Default Frozen fuel line

Long story short: Filled up last monday. Try to start tuesday, engine turns but not spark. Gas tank wasn't completely full. I look at the spark plugs after trying to start it yesterday with what seems like a tentative spark (and give it gas when it started to sputter abit) and gas was on the plug. So, that rules out the pump failling and that the line is lets say 98% frozen given that there is gas on the plug? Don't want to pay to have it towed to my buddies garage if not the fix.

gas will freeze around -40c to -50c i doubt its that cold where you are

Actually Chrysler tech, the night i filled up, the temp dropped to -42c. Around here, happens alot during February. That answers my question right there.

there is an additive that u can put in teh tank so that wont happen
