Hey all,

I just bought an ecoRoute HD and the unit cannot communicate with my 2005 Pacifica. The ecoRoute plugs into the OBD port and relays information about the auto to the Garmin GPS.

Is there anything I need to do to get the OBD II port to work with 3rd party tools?

I tried several times, and on one occasion my Pacifica looked like it was doing a self test of some sort, trouble lights on the dash started to illuminate one by one and I noticed the interior lights flash off... Then the EVIC flashed "SERVICE IMMOBILIZER" at which point I shut the car off and removed the ecoRoute.
