Default Having problem with abs light and fuel mileage display.

The abs light comes and goes, technician said the front left was reading incorrectly. I changed it and no change. After cleaning both front ABS sensors the fuel mileage display started working, after a day of driving it is staying at 15 miles per gallon and never changes. What controls the display on the dash that reads the fuel mileage? And does all of the ABS sensors need to be replaced when the light goes off?
