Default Horn not working 06 Pacifica FWD

simple fix or do I have to take it in for warranty? Won't pass state inspection without it.

thanks in advance for any tips/advice

I'll have to check on the fuses. I just bought the vehicle WED and I'm working through the weekend. Fuse box is under the hood right?

thanks for the reply.
