Question Lightning Strike

We own a 2007 Pacifica Touring, 4.0L - V6. Long story short our home was struck by lightning, lost all electronics in the house and two of our three vehicles. Luckily here in NC Auto Insurance takes care of. Problem is this, after 41 days at the dealership and almost a 7k bill, we were not even 10 miles from picking it up and the car had a few misses, then the check engine light came on. Took to the Auto Zone and codes P1128 & P1129 showed up twice each. I have afriend that thinks the o2 sensors are bad. No abnormal engine noise, runs smooth except for the occasional miss and will die if I sit at idle to long. List of modules replaced are to many to list. They did replace the Plenum? Any ideas would be great. If it is a quick fix, I'd rather do it than deal with Insurance Co. again.

This year we've had more than the usual amount of lightning struck vehicles. The fact is your insurance co. should have stopped at a certain point and then just totalled the car. Even the modules and electronic components that were NOT replaced, there can be weakened solder points on the ckt boards and overheated resistors, etc that may not cause you trouble now but will later. You should take it back to the shop.

P1129-CLOSED LOOP FUELING NOT ACHIEVED - BANK 2

The PCM detects a condition where the vehicle has remained in open loop fuel control, from a start-up condition, longer than a calibrated amount of time, when conditions would have otherwise expected closed loop operation. Two Trip Fault. Three good trips to turn off the MIL

Possible Causes

FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM, ECT SENSOR, WIRING, OR CONNECTORS. MAP SENSOR, WIRING, OR CONNECTORS. O2 SENSOR, WIRING, OR CONNECTORS. ENGINE MECHANICAL SYSTEM, POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)
