I will be ordering the box this week and will let you know if I can make it work. The box is 10.5" pretty much all the way around and is .35 cubic feet while that Fosgate sub is listed at .25 so if I have to cut a corner off of the box it should bring to about .25 or so. I think it will work after all 10.5" is quite small.

Being that funds are tight this time of year I only purchased the sub box and will attempt to fit in the sub opening. It should arrive next week and I will let you know how successful I am in making it fit and what it entailed.

Good luck with that. Please post your results.
I just purchased an Alpine amp (eBay) and the JBL sub I mentioned earlier. I will be building a custom enclosure that fits into that area. Due to the fact that its very cold here I won't tackle the project until it gets warmer. I will post my outcome.

Was the 385W amp ever located anywhere else other than under the rear floor? I found a JY that claims to have an amp (part# 04685876AG) that came from under the carpet in front of the right front seat of a 2004 Pacifica.

Thanks...
Mark

I have been digging around on a couple of sites and forums for some time and not once have I ever heard the amp located anywhere but under the tray right rear. The part number is correct. From what I can deduct version 'G' was the second iteration of that amp. I believe the latest version is 'L'. I have seen posts that mention a tech bulletin that describes a noise from the audio system with replacing the amp with the next revised version as the cure. I don't think it was an issue with all amps with a version of ?X? but there is a small chance you could introduce noise into your system. I would look at your current amp and take mental note of its mountings and see if they match what the JY has before I lay out any $$$.

Good luck.
