Default Luggage Rack?

Anyone know where I can pickup the luggage rack (side and cross bars) for a 05 Pacifica for under $200?

Also, anyone have any experience with the AWD 3.5L and adding a towing hitch and how the Pacifica performs towing (not full time, but might have to tow a U-haul trailer from North Carolina to Pennsylvania and wondering how it would handle in the mountains).

Thanks.

Do you have to take those filler strips off, held on by allen head bolts, in order for the cross bars to slide in? I see where he's confused because I am too. Also, do the cross bars have anchors for tie-down traps?

Anyone know? It's hard to tell by that pic, I'm still searching other places. That's a decent price for the bars I think. Jator, you'll have to let me know if they are genuine Mopar, I was a little skepticle because the ad says "production style".

Yes, I see where it can be confusing. I am assuming the side rails are basically low-profile. I do see where there is a groove that perhaps the crossbar "claw" could slide into. I'm debating ordering a pair to see (off the Dealerfit site, 2 days shipping and $3-4 cheaper).
