Default Need a Christmas Miracle! 04 pac misfire/egr/limp mode

So the other day I was using my pacifica to take a fishtank to a buyers house to make some $ for Christmas. Stopped at a gas station for a drink and got back on the highway. No more than 2 miles down the high way.....chug chug chug, ding ding ding.......wtf....out of my 4 vehicles this is the 3rd one to break down. It is the only remaining vehicle that my whole family can ride in (Me, Wife and 4 kids).

Took it to my dads and we listened to it...it has a ticking sound in the fuel rail (cant hear it in the heads) and when driving sometimes it sounds like water is boiling under the dash (temps are reading normal).

Took it to O'Reilly's cause it was right there and got the following codes.

P0304-Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
P0401-EGR System Performance
P0442-EVAP System Medium Leak (0.040") Detected
P0456-EVAP System Small Leak (0.020") Detected

Went out and got some Champion Double Platinum Spark plugs to replace the ones that were in it (125k unbeknown if they had ever been changed). Ripped that crap apart and replaced them. Moved the COP from cylinder 4 to cylinder 3 and also just as a precaution incase it was an injector moved the injector from cylinder 4 to cylinder 5. Put it all back together and I bet you all can guess what happened!!! Because if it ran right I wouldnt be here.

I am writing this a little prematurely, as I have not taken it to get the codes cleared and ran again. But it seems to idle better, but drive worse. Before I could drive it and get the little flashy engine light but for the most part if I could feel it misfiring just let off the gas or press it to the floor and it would stop. Now if you push it to the floor it revs but does not go anywhere and it seems to be a little bit more jerky while driving. I need to try to get this fixed before Christmas Eve because we are supposed to be going to my In-laws for Christmas day after my kids open their presents at home. If we can not get it fixed they will be going and I will be spending Christmas day at home.....alone....Ill probally end up stuffing my Blue Crown Conure and cooking her for dinner at that point because she loves to be loud and I just wont wanna deal with her noise and all the stress!!

PLEASE HELP!

If this is more of a EGR issue someone tell me what to do as I have never dealt with EGR.

Just Remembered!!!!

the exhaust is blowing out of the tail pipe in spurts...not a constant flow.

Have you tried to swap the ignition coil?? Im guessing the noise you are hearing under the car is the exhaust popping cause it is getting so hot due to the missfire.

Yes I did, the cop (coil over plug) was moved from 4 to 3. The current codes it is getting is random misfire and still a issue with coil d (cyl 4).
