Need help ,No Heat in my 2004 pac
Just recently my front heat blower stopped working. The panel control is on , I can lower and raise the temperture and speed but nothing comes out. I turned on the rear and it works but only blows out cold air.
Wondering ,can it be the blower motor or is their a fuse or relay ? Maybe something else.
I really hope someone can help me out.

A member on another forum just replaced the blower control module behind the glove box. He pinched the sides of the glove box when open to get to it. About a $75 part.
Not sure if this is your exact problem but he had no front blower at all. This was an 04.

did you try www.Chryslerpartspeople.com
Actually I just looked again the the guy got the part for $65 in Philidelphia. If you can get a part#, then you can google that # and see what comes up
also.. I just looked on the link above.. If I am looking correctly, w/ the automatic temp control (ATC) for an 04 it's $61
You would have to call them to verify that is the blower control module.

jalo - do a bit of troubleshooting before you throw parts at it.
You don't say if you have manual temp control (MTC) or automatic temp control (ATC).
MTC use the Resistor Pack, ATC the Blower Control Module.
Typical failure is uncontrolled, full speed fan, not no fan - and heat/no heat is typically not an issue.
The rear seat control is independent of the front controls - there are separate blend air doors for front and rear.
As a first step, I would look in your owner manual and inspect the appropriate fuses. The front blower and the blend air control may be on the same circuit which would explain your symptoms.

I have ATC in my pac.I have looked at my manual and it doesn't have any info on fuses (only where the fuse box is located).I will do more troubleshooting over the weekend. If anyone has any different ideas I'm all for them.

let me know if the resistor took care of it ATC is called a blower motor resistor power module. New part number 04885482AC mare sure u get the most up to date one or U will be replacing it again and now U are more expensive then the dealer which U could have gotten it from the first time. List price is 74 bucks save 10 bucks or just get it right
