Update:
Ok I just realized that OP only needs a back-up key for emergencies and not necessarily needs a SKREEM key with remote unlock. Then you have two options.
1) You can ask your local Chrysler dealer to cut you a simple (non-chipped) key. You would be able to open the doors with such a key. Although you would not be able to start the car with non-fob key.
2) I just realized that 'dahobbs' was talking about a non-SKREEM transponder keys which are available on ebay. Like this one( 2 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Transponder Chip Car Ignition Key Replacement | eBay ). These are non Chrysler blanks which can be cut and programmed by your dealer. These would not have remote unlock abilities but these can start your car. You cannot use such a key to program your own keys though. My Pacifica did come with such a key.
