P0700 TCM code
My 2005 PAC displayed the "autostick" on the dash when I was in drive and 2 days later the check engine light came on. I was told to replace the TCM (which we did). The light went off and about 50miles later came back on again with the same code.
Any ideas? Do I need to change the torque converter or is it a bigger issue?

Took the car to autozone and the other code is P0740.
They checked the trans fluid still red no funny smell. He told me this could be caused by one of the following:
1) low fluid level
2) poor fluid quality
3) torque converter circuit
4) internal transmission failure
We narrowed it down to #3 as the fluid level is not low, quality is good and he thought if the issue was w/ #4 I should have issues driving the car.
You have been doing this a long time, what are your thoughts? Is the torque converter costly to change?
