pacifica 2004
hy, i found a pacifica and i want to buy it: 2004 full option, with dvd, crusie control, etc. 160.000 km at 5.900$. i also found many at 7000-8000$. why are they so cheap? there is a problem with most of pacifica? i read some post and i saw that many of people have problem with oil consumption. so it s worth to buy a pacifica or they are to much problem? thank for every response

No worse than anything else......
As I say to anyone with reliability questions....Its all in the luck of the draw....
If you listen to the hype, and search the net for problems, You WILL find them
The oil consumption issue.....well...lets straighten that out right now....With Very few exceptions, the 3.5, 3.8, and 4.0 that are used in the pacifica...are EXACTLY the same as in any other car....So it cant be just A PACIFICA thing.... If a 3.5 burns oil in a PAC...Then why wouldnt it burn oil in a 300..if the 3.8 or the 4.0 burn oil in a PAC why not a Caravan??....
A competent tech to inspect the car before you purchase it , is much better than relying on "Internet Scandal" to make your decision...
