I am having the same problem - Any results? I think it might actually be the shroud covering the left front wheel well. Still investigating.

it was the lower control arms on mine perfect after dealer replaced them have traded the pac for a crossfire love it

We've been very happy with our 2021 Pacifica Touring L w 18" wheels. However at 44,000 miles it has developed a creaking noise when moving and turning slowly. Can also duplicate this noise a little when pressing left front down. Dealer diagnosed with needing new stutts and bearings at $2600.

Already out of warranty due mileage, and times out in April. Dissappointed but seems a common problem with this Chrysler body.

Are you listening Chysler??

Just an FYI...our 2018 Touring edition had the front left clunking noise, and the strut bearing was the culprit. Really wish repair shops would take just a small amount of time to investigate the bearing. This is how it looked when I replaced my bearing (for $45):
