Default Power window problems

We have a 2007 Pacifica Touring and up until yesterday the windows worked as they should(auto up/down). Now, they all go auto-down, but not up. We have to hold the switch to put the windows up. I know, a "first-world" problem. Haven't consulted the dealer yet, thought I'd put feelers out here forst. Vehicle has 54k miles and I replaced the battery today. Problem occurred prior to battery replacement.

Why did you replace the battery? A dead battery and a removed battery are the same thing in the eyes of your car.

Put the windows all the way up. Press and HOLD the drivers switch. When the window gets to full down, count to five and release the switch. Now Press( Or "LIFT" depending on the switch configuration) and hold the switch again until it reaches Full up and count to five, then release the switch. Repeat for passenger side . ( By the way, this is all done at the master drivers switch)
