Recent updates lowered hybrid range per charge
Hybrid battery on 2021 Chrysler Pacifica purchased Jan 26, 2021, no longer charging to 36 miles per charge.
Before the 2022 recalls the battery charged at 100% for 36 miles per charge;
After the recall and the 2nd time I brought it in, the battery charged to 100% showed 30 miles;
Week of Dec.11, 2022, a 100% charge showed 29 miles;
Starting Sunday, Dec 18th, the 100% charge is showing 28 miles.
Clearly something is wrong, which started with the recall software updates. Not only is the mileage per charge low, but the battery gets to 0 quite quickly.
BTW - both the level 2 charger (and level1, which I used to see if that made a difference - it did not) and the car are in a closed garage. I did not have the low mileage per 100% charge during either of the past 2 winters. Ergo, I believe the updates caused this problem.
Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions will be appreciated.

I'm unsure on the recall. But I have a 2019 and have had it since 2018. My range varies over the years and it's usually when I've done different driving.
When I've been driving around town and using mainly only electric and slow driving, think going to pick up kids from school and back home, it will have the range up in the 30s. When we go on a road trip and change our driving behavior, it will be shift that down to 28. I think my car has some kind of algorithm that changes with my driving behavior. Have you changed your driving lengths, speed, etc lately?
