Default Transmission Range Sensor Location - 04' Pacifica

Does anyone know where the Transmission Range Sensor Location is on a 2004 Pacifica? I've been looking online, but I can't see anything definite, that show me exactly where.

Okay, so I found where the valve body is at, and I can see that I have to unbolt the pan which is by the left from drivers tire. What I want to know is that once, I take the pan out, do I have to unbolt the valve body in order to get to the sensor, or is it just right there for me to change?
