Default warning bing???

Hey guys, My wife has an 06 Pacifica with 25000 miles. Recently it's been binging at her, the same bing if you left a door open or were getting low on gas but when it does it there is no cause or any apparent cause. The ABS and BRAKE lights will blink on for a fraction of a second then go back off. The brake fluid level is good and the brakes seem fine. Where would be a good place to start looking for the cause of this problem

Thanks for any help you can offer.

I don't know what you mean by EVIC. There are no check engine lights and no lights stay lit after the bing goes away.

How much are they and do you need any special tools to do this?

Electronic Vehicle Information Center (Manual calls this EVIC). Bottom left of your instrument cluster. When my 2006 Pacifica bings it's telling me something and it always shows up on the EVIC.

Ok something more to add. Yesterday when she was driving it it binged and the radio lost power for a few seconds. I think I might be dealing with a ground issue here.
Nothing shows up on the EVIC when it bings.
