Default Window got stuck.

I was getting my Gas and I usually roll down the window to let the air circulate a little. When it came time to roll the window up it got crooked,so i tried rolling it down to see if it can go back into the track. Which it didnt, it just stayed down, you can still hear the motor engaging. So as soon as I got home, i pulled off the door panel, and looked inside, the pulley system wire is completly loose, and parts of a white 1 inch U piece were on the bottom. At that point i knew i was out of my league, so now its in the shop. i am trying to see how much it costs and to see what the problem was.
Keep you posted, anybody had this problem?

Just for the record, I love my 2004 Pacifica, besides the maintenance this car hasnt let me down. I have 130,000 miles on it, and putting 100 miles on it a day.

I just replaced the Left, Front Door power window regulator in wife's '04 Pac. Best price I could find online was $220, a dealer will charge over $300.
Found a used part at pamsauto.com for $89. Took about half an hour to install - all better now.
If you are having it done, expect the bill to be at least $400.
