2001 PT Cruiser w/ ~99,000 miles shuts down while driving
2001 PT Cruiser w/ ~99,000 miles shuts down while driving. Engine turns when trying to restart, but car doesn't start. After ~10-15 minutes it'll restart again, but only make it a few blocks. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks and we've sent it to the shop twice.
-1st time got an error code that led to the coils being replaced (we also got oil change, air filter and spark plugs changed since it was close to 100k miles)
-2nd time got an error code saying the cam shaft sensor
Got the car back the evening after the cam shaft sensor was replaced, and it made it about 10 miles before pulling the same trick.
Any suggestions before we take it back to the shop to take another guess?
Further background: about a year ago, the same thing had happened and we'd gotten the crank positioning sensor changed, and it had worked fine until two weeks ago.
