Default Neighbor Girl is looking at a 2004 so I have ??

As mentioned neighbor girl is looking at a 2004 as her first car and I have done a insane amount of vehicle repairs for them so of course they asked me if I could go with them to look at the vehicle as they now about as much about auto and repairs as I do about quantum mechanics. SO being the Sucker I mean nice guy I am I said sure, but I know little about the PT Cruiser and was curious as what to look for in these things, what are the weak links? or common issues people find?
I will have the normal check list to go through checking stuff like Coolant, oil, ATF color and smell, find out what documentation owner has on repairs etc.
Figured I have had so much great help with my 2005 T&C, I could not find a better place to get best info on a PT cruiser

Just to update ya all, We looked at the 2004 PT cruiser and it had 171000 miles but al items looked good and she got it for $1700, I think that is a pretty good deal ya?
Oh ya it is one of those limited woody ones too if that is anything special.
