Out of patience!!!!
Ok, so my fan wasn't kicking on, I checked it out, and one side didn't work, So I installed a new one (also new relays). Still didn't work, and I had a slight rough idle, so I thought ok, for $20, I'll go ahead and replace the temp sensor too... The rough idle went away, so I thought ok, it should kick on now.... But it didn't 🤬..... So I checked voltage at the relays. 12 volts on the red and blue wires, but only half a volt on the gray wire when the vehicle is warmed up. I would think thats enough to signal the relay to click, but im not sure. I've switched relays and checked everything... I've even added a ground wire to make sure its not a crap ground, and that didn't help either..... Im so confused about this .... My AC doesn't work, and the fan doesn't run with AC turned on (that doesn't bother me, thats something wrong with the AC), but it should still run on the cooling side, instead of just overheating in traffic..... Any ideas on what is wrong, or new things to check?????!!!! Any help is greatly appreciated

Sorry about the confusion....One side didnt work, as in, either the high side or low side didn't work.... Fan plug has 1 ground in the middle, and a red power feed on either side of that (3 wires).... Car is an '06 non turbo... New fan assembly/relays, new coolant temp sensor, 50 amp fuse is good, Im getting 12 volts to relay on red and blue wire, .5 volts to gray wire (signal from ecm) ... Is it not enough to click the relay? I dont know how much its supposed to get from the computer as a signal... Ive even added a ground, because I've had issues with dodge grounds being an issue for me in the past.
