is the noise coming from inside of the car.?if so you might get away with lubing the boot at the base of the steering column.need more info.moe

i know they had issues with power steering lines under the car.and an issue with the power steering hose itself,but that was for a different noise that you discribe. maybe truck tech or chry tech might know of something. sorry moe i don't know

Hello, sounds like a dry outer tie rod end, or lower balljoint. There is a easy way to check. Go to your local parts store and get a needle grease adpt. for your grease gun.Stick itinto thegrease boot and pump in some grease. turn it back and forth and the drive it and see if the noise is gone. Noises travalin vech. so its hard to say. Good luck. God Bless!!

You could have a dry boot at the lower steering coupler or a fan belt tensioner that is frozen or even ball joints or tie rod ends. Some how you need to isolate the sound/ noise.

My 2001 T&C Limited does the same thing but it's only in the garage on the smooth concrete, Outside on a rougher surface it's quiet.
