03 T&C No Rad Fans when A/C is on.

I'm having exactly the same problem with a 96 TC. Rad/condensor fans run but only when the engine reaches temp. Did you ever figure it out?
I was going to call up the dealer but decided to try it one more time. I just fired the van up and turned on the A/C. As soon as I heard the A/C compressor turn on, the cooling fans followed. WTF. I absolutely hate intermittent problems. Its starting to sound like a wiring harness problem now. Any suggestions on what to look for now.

No I still have not figured it out. Most likely going to wire the fans to run when ever the ac compressor is on or end up taking it to the dealer. I'm worried the dealer will find no problem with the van, send it on its way. Then we end up destroying another compressor because the fans wont turn on one day.

Many thanks for the prompt reply. I'm going to replace the fan control "relay" (it's actually not a relay) and see what happens. I think it's the most likely culprit and, apparently, they frequently fail.
