Default 05 T&C wheel swap

Im looking to swap out my 15" steel wheels( hub caps included) with a set of stock 9 spoke 16 "alloy rims. Not the chrome one.
What is the rims original part #s?
I have seen #2211 listed, But dont want to get it wrong.
I'm looking for a set of 4. caps and nuts included.
And do I need any shims, spacers or stupid wheel id codes?

05 T&C LX 3.3
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the info.
Now I need a translator.
None of the pictures are the correct wheel.
I believe those shown are for a Dodge.

I'm looking at the Chrysler 9 spoke polished alloy. No chrome.

I will be buying them used.
So the package info doesnt really help.
Unless the dealer is selling at a reasonable price.

Any info is appreciated?

CF is giving me trouble uploading an image.... errors. Its a small picture too.
I'll try again later.

Different Question same theme.
Do ALL 05 T&C's have sensors?
I dont believe mine has them.

I thought it was only an option in O5?
Not manditory.

Thanks for the help.

not sure when the feds made it manditory on all cars. U know by the valve core if it is silver and stiff wont move at all then u got the sensor if u have a black rubber one and moves then no.
