Default 07 T&C driver side mirror wiring diagram?

I'm in the middle of replacing the heated driver side rear view mirror on our 07 T&C. The wiring on the new mirror has 5 wires, red, blue, white, and two black, going into a 10 pin connector. The wiring on the van seems like it's hard wired, with the harness disappearing into the dash farther than I can see or reach, and I can't pull any more out. It has red, orange, white, and two black. So I spliced together all the matching ones, and the orange and blue together. And now the mirror controls are wrong. Up goes either right or left, left goes up or down, can't remember which. So I figure I have two wires switched, but I don't know which.

I figured it out through trial and error. I swapped the red and blue wires, so red goes to orange, and blue goes to red.

The panel with the speaker grills? I tried prying it up but it seemed like it was going to break. I had removed the lower corner cover off the dash, so I could reach up in there. I was able to feel the harness up to the point where it felt like my finger tips were at the base of the windshield.

The a-pillar trim holds it down, have to remove the a-pillar trim and then the top cover can be removed.
