07 Town & Country power steering question
Is the power steering fluid in the reservoir suppose to turn and rise slightly like if it were in a blender?
That is what mine is doing. I just replaced the reservoir thinking it was a dirty screen problem but it is doing the same thing with fresh fluid and new reservoir.

No noises, but I just looked at 2010 Caravan with a 3.3 liter engine and the fluid does not rise above the fill line like mine does. My fluid rises a good inch over the fill line of the reservior. When I shut her off the fluid goes back down to it's normal level. Something just isn't right.

My Power Steering Video
I've bled the system, but it continues to cavitate. Please check out my video; it's kind of hard to see the fluid but there is one scene where you can see just how high it gets in the reservoir.
