Default 07 Town & Country using Anti Freeze

Hi i am new to this forum and i am having a problem,
i drive a 2007 Chrysler Town & Country and it has used about a gallon maybe a gallon and a half within the passed month. this is my person/work mini van and it is a school bus minivan. i begin work next week and i got told not to drive it because it is using anti freeze. their are no leaks that are visible underneath it and i do not smell anything when i am driving it. their is no white or blue smoke when it is running. what do i do?

Can there be a problem with the flow of coolant back to the expansion bottle where it leaks out from the overflow neck? I have similar issues with noticeable water/coolant leakage. Checking it often, there is little to none gone from the radiator, but the expansion bottle is always empty. When I fill it fluid will leak out from the overflow neck. What is the way to correct that?
