The cable mechanism is self adjusting so any adjustment must be done on the rear parking shoes.

There is a way to remove a rubber plug on the back of the wheel to get access to the adjustment star wheel in the drum, but the chrysler manual says you should remove the rear wheels, take the disc/drum off and adjust the shoes by measuring the inside drum diameter and adjusting the shoes out to that measurement.

I'd be interested to hear how you get on, as my handbrake needs adjustment too. It only just passed the MOT.

Default Rear pad adjustment

Thanks very much, I found the rubber plugs in the lower part of the inside disk plate, I used a small mirror to view the star wheel then if you turn the wheel in the correct direction you will slowly feel the disk being gripped by the pads. I got mine quite tight then backed off a little so disk would turn.
many thanks,
Lee.
