Default 2001 3.3L Shuts down randomly

my 01 shuts down randomly. I have recently changed the battery to make sure I have correct voltages. I have looked at and replaced the instrument cluster in the dash. I did not find any broken solder connections but ruled that out anyway. when I would wiggle the negative battery cable the relays would click so I replaced both the pos and neg cables with factory replacements. When the motor dies the fuel pump relay and ASD relay are clicking constantly until turning key off. When key is turned back on the clicking continues. If I remove the IOD fuse with key off for a couple of minutes and reinstall the clicking stops and I can restart the motor. I do know that the engine has to warm up before this starts happening. This happens whether the A/C is on or not. It happens in park or while driving. not fun while driving.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful. I have checked the pins and pin connectors for the PCM and TCM and they all look ok without any corrosion.

Yes, 1684 which was expected since someone put a battery in it to sell it to me and 0320 for the crank sensor.

forgot to mention that the P0320 shows up when the van dies and I try to start it again and it only runs for a couple seconds. This is intermittent so hard to catch a code happening all the time.
