Default 2001 TC codes P0351/P0352 and PS noise

Just got my van to start and run again. Now the CEL came on and had codes of P0351, P0352, and P1684. Seems to run ok at and off idle. I did not drive it but a few feet forward and back (fear of steering issue and car shutdown again).
Also has hishing sound coming from the power steering return line and vibration in the steering wheel when turning. I can hold the hose so that it does not make the noise, but unable at the moment to check if the vibration goes away while doing so. Could I have damaged the hose or something else when I was squeezing my arms around that area? Fluid level looked good, but appeared to bounce in the reservoir.

Thanks,
-Jared

Update on pwoer steering vibration. Appears it was just air in the system possibly from when I jacked the front end up and moving the wheel around. Seems to drive fine.

Should I but a new coil pack because of the P0351 P0352 check engine fault codes?
