My mom has a 2002 T&C Limited 3.8L. The Radio and clock do not but the CD Changer sound like it is working but no sound. the cd changer sounds like it is rotating but nothing. And the speedometer works some times and some times not. And one other question how hard is it to replace a muffler on the van.

Next time this happens, Check the heater /AC fan and turnsignals for inopereative condition as well....

They all have a common feed from the ignition switch, which is a common failure spot on many chrysler vehicles, dating back to the 1970's.

As for the muffler.....With the right tools and experience, Its a 1o minute job....In your driveway, without a lift or an OXY-ACETYLENE torch, We'll see you sometime next month.... Take it in and have it fixed....The right way , the first time...
