2002 Voyager P0755 code need help

2002 Voyager P0755 code need help
Van is in limp mode and I have changed the TCM, and the shift control solenoid. The only OBD codes I have are P0700 and P0755. I have electrical and mechanical back ground. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
