Default 2002 voyager wont start

I have a 2002 voyager with a 2.4 and the other day it broke down while driving,i towed it home and checked the codes and i had a few, mostly emmision codes but it did flash 0340 and 0403.well i took it apart and the timing belt blew,so i changed that and the tensioner it was toast as well.put it all back together and it still will not turn over.i thought the computer had to be reset so i disconected the battery and still nothing. Now the only code that comes up is the one about the battery being disconnected. My question is if the camshaft sensor did its job when the belt blew "is it bad".I know everything is lined up correctly,i just didnt want to tear it all apart to find out the sensor is bad. There is no way of knowing if it's bad or not?...Please help if you can.Sorry about the long read,,,Thanks
