Exclamation 2003 Town and Country Lxi lost electrical after jump start

I mistakenly left something plugged in the outlet that is directly powered by the battery, overnight...in the freezing cold; well, tried to start it today and, you guessed it, she just sat there and ticked away. So, I had someone give me a jump once I realized that my charger had been plugged in and it must have drained the battery. She started right up on the first try once the jumper cables were hooked up, everything seemed to be okay and thats when I realized that I lost EVERYTHING. I lost power to everything that relies on power, my windows, my side doors, my seats, my windshield wipers, my control panel, my back hatch...everything that requires power no longer has it. I have no clue how to figure out what went wrong. Could it be a blown fuse? How do I know which fuse it would be? Maybe a relay? How do I know which relay? Any help here would be great!

Question So check the fuses?

I know that it wasn't jump started wrong, so should I just check the fuses? Is there one main fuse that runs everything like that? Or will I be replacing all of the fuses?

Sounds like the BCM took a dump. Disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 minutes. This will reset it. Fuses 19, 20 (40amp), 24 (20 amp) and 14 (15 amp) feed it power.

Talking You all rock!

just wanted to give you a big THANK YOU!! I did exactly what you both said, I took off the negative side of the battery and checked all of the fuses while waiting to hook the battery back up and unhooking the battery solved the issue!! I am a very happy girl!! THank you very very much!

Great news. It's a cheap quick fix that often works.
