I was on the freeway and my van jerked very hard like we ran over something or hit something. We thought it was maybe the tire since i have a balled tire so i pulled off the freeway and parked. Looked and didnt see anything so decided to just go back home on the back roads but it wont reverse. It shifts gears but doesnt move. Tried to put it in neutral and its like its stuck in a break lock. Doesnt anyone have any idea what it could be?

 

If gearbox doesn't build enough oil pressure to operate hydraulics you can get symptoms like you're describing. Unfortunately can cause lot of damage but sometimes you can get lucky. I had it happen on mine. Turned out automatic gearbox filter fell off into sump pan. Only way to check is remove oil pan on gearbox.
