I read that on the 2005 T&C the body code plate is located on the Passenger side of the radiator crossmember/upper rail is this correct?
I found 2 holes appearing to recently having either screws or rivets that have either been removed or drilled out. I cannot locate the Plate and I am curious as to why someone would remove it?
I wanted to make sure I got the correct paint code so I coudl get some touchup paint as I found society has no respect of others property I now have a few marks from where somone has either slammed it with a shopping cart or was not intellegent enough to get out and then back into ther vehicle without using mine as a door stopper.
I did not realize there was 2 colors of black that sound like what I have.
Brilliant Black Pearl "PXR" is one the other is Brilliant Black Crystal Pearlcoat "AXR".
Is there a way I can find the paint code without the Body Code Plate? I was thinking If I can get a list of installed features/options with a VIN# printout from the dealer could they also tell me the correct paint code?
The last thing I need to do is get it wrong and make the issue worse by basically highlighting the marks with the wrong paint.
My paint is actually quite cool it seems to have white and grey metallic flake in it and has this sort of greenish tint in sunlight(at least that is about the best I can explain it) Kinda reminds me of the way some fish have that similar color shifting scales in sunlight.
