Default 2005 instrument gauge lighting

I've read some threads but what I can't find is the actually part number for the bulbs that illuminate the gauges. The temp one went out, could pound the dash, it'd come back on. Now the fuel on is out, top of speedo too it seems. Could be a flaky ground too I guess. I'll tear into it but I'd like to have replacement bulbs on hand. I read something about soldering new bulbs into the holder, I can do that. I'd like be prepared before I start but if I have to actually take it apart just to see the bulb arrangement I will, if no one knows the part number or naked bulb # I'd need. PC74 is all I've found and that doesn't come up anywhere. Thanks!

okay, maybe I was dyslexic, it comes up, bit pricey, might make my own, anyone know which wedge bulb I can put in there?

I'll guess they're 74s, would make sense

This is the one for my 05 town and country. 02 looks like it takes a PC74 but I couldn't find one with that number for the 05. Could that be the bulb and socket combined?

I haven't taken it apart yet but I sorta think the bulb and socket are integrated and you're supposed to replace the unit, I'm not paying $3.50 for a miniature incandescent bulb crammed in a plastic holder. I ordered a box of #74 bulbs ($5 for 10 I think) (same as my 32 year Fiat uses!) and I'll resolder them as needed. Almost went LED but I've done that before and if the application calls for scattered light, LED can be worse then incandescent. LED are very directional. I'll report back, maybe I'll do a pictorial how to for fun.

Was looking for fuses in my manual and noticed the cluster bulbs in there. It is listed as PC74

R&Rd the bulbs, I thought I could just swap in #74 bulbs but yes, they are indeed soldered to the bulb holder (suspected that too) but I assumed it would be child's work to solder in a new bulb (I like fiddling with these things so I don't mind) I could not, for love or money get solder to stick (cleaned and fluxed and good silver solder, no go). I soldered a bulb straight to the circuit board and got one back but the other won't fire. I now suspect the board has solder issues (I've read this elsewhere). I don't know the pinout for the connector so bench testing is dicey. I will probably just make my own bulb harness for the thing and bypass as much of the board as I can. Taking the source voltage from one of still firing lights. I'm probably going to try LEDs for fun. It's very easy to pull the cluster so no big deal.
