2008 T & C 4 error icon on dashboard at same time!!!
1. BRAKE (in red)
2. (ABS)
3. ESP BAS (under it.)
4. car icon with skid marks under it
after restarting van errors disappears, after driving a 100 yards. errors reappear.
No difference in van operation or braking control !
Any danger in driving with these errors?
What does all these mean?

I suspect you have one central function faulty in the brake system that renders all those systems unusable. It may be as simple as an ABS sensor. If you want to troubleshoot yourself, you can probably get the exact error codes out with some cheap tool.
I had a faulty ABS in my 2007 European Grand Voyager and it behaved a bit differently. Once the error was detected, the ABS error light came on and after replacing the sensor, I had to drive some distance (1-2 minutes) to have the error cleared. I assume that's because the system has no way of knowing if the sensor is just connected and incorrectly aligned until it sees pulses from it as the wheel rotates. in your case it seems the system rather thinks all is great until you start to drive, almost the opposite of my symptoms.

If you can, test the ABS on a gravel road or similar (using caution of course!). I'm pretty sure it won't work, but the wheels will lock up instead of the ABS kicking in. It is safe to drive without ABS, TRACS and all those systems associated, except for those very rare and odd situations where you actually need them In the summer, you may even have better braking action without ABS, but in rainy or snowy conditions, it helps a lot. One thing that I try to tech my daughter, who is currently learning to drive, is that in the early autumn or other situations where roads have been dry for a long time and some light rain falls, roads may get surprisingly slippery from the mix of dust, pollen and so on and the water. I actually made use of the ABS yesterday as another driver didn't notice me and tried to squeeze into my lane. Normally, I wouldn't expect the ABS to kick in, but yesterday it did, and quite early too.
Let's be careful out there!
