Default 2008 T&C AC pressures are off

2008 Town and Country original equipment with front and rear ac. AC was blowing 59 degrees so it seemed to need some freon but how much was the question. I had some old 134a sitting around and wanted to test the optimum pressures. It is 80 degrees with 79% humidity. The lowest temp I could get was 48 degrees out the center left vent up front and 48 degrees at the far back right vent by the blower. Low side pressure is 33 and high side is 325 until the cooling fan comes on, then it drops to 275. This is at 725 RPM. The compressor is not cycling but staying engaged. I looked at several charts and the high side is way above all of them. Any comments or suggestions would be helpful. Cross posted. TIA.
