2010 t&c streaming from phone

Default 2010 t&c streaming from phone
i have a 2010 town and country. it has the 430 radio with bluetooth and uconnect. both work but i dont seem to be able to stream music from my galaxy note 2. is it the phone or is it that the radio just doesnt stream music?
other than that i love it.

nobody has a clue on why i cant stream music from my phone to the radio through bluetooth?
