Default 2012 ETC light on after PCM replacment

My 2012 Chrysler T&C had transmission issues with P0868 and low fluid pressure . Tech diagnosed it to bad PCM. I bought a pre-programmed one from eBay which the seller promises as plug & play with great reviews. I sent them VIN # and they sent me the PCM. After installing I get the ETC light solid on and no gas pedal response at all. I had them send another one and it has the same issue. I tried the 10 sec gas pedal depress for ETC reset but no luck. Pls see dash picture. Any advice?

the ETC still has to be learned by the pcm each throttle is a little different this is why anything of that nature when replaced has to be relearned. If your tech has a scanner he can relearn it if not visit a shop that has spent the money for correct diog equipment

Thank you for your reply. It helps knowing that it might not be a defective PCM. Would a scanner like this one work? It shows that it can reset the Throttle position.
Amazon Amazon

The car is unmovable and I can't take it to a mechanic, let alone every visit is often equal to buying a scanner. I appreciate your help.

Looks like it does. are you willing to spend that amount of money for a 30 second repair? You can look for mobile mechanics in your area that might be more viable

There's more to it than just reset ETC. The car had the known problems with the 62TE transmission and it went. I put a remanned tranny from a vendor that has good reputation but it gave the P0868 and P075A within an hour post installation. That's when the mechanic said it could be PCM. The new PCM may or may not be the issue. My mechanics don't want to dig deep in scanner or car to debug the real issue. CFA dealers in the area are probably ex hwy robbers and require $400 for diags only, let alone I have to get the car there. I'm trapped and I think a good scanner can help me identify the root problem if ETC reset doesn't solve it. Thank you for your help!
