2012 Town and Country not shifting into 6th

2012 Town and Country not shifting into 6th
I have a 2012 town and country that won't shift into 6th, unless you stop, turn off the key, and restart it.
Sometimes it will do just fine, but most days you have to do the reset first. Any ideas out there?
