Hello everyone. As of lately, my wifes RBZ Mygig has been "looping" as I would describe it. The screen turns on when vehicle is started, displays the Chrysler logo for quite some time, then turns off. It then will turn on/off again 2 or 3 more times before the screen populates normally and radio & buttons work, etc. This can take up to 5 minutes sometimes.



I'm at a loss here, I read somewhere about a "engineering" access to the unit but there doesn't seem to be one for the RBZ models. I have also disconnected the (-) side of the battery terminal for a few hours. Still have not been able to fix it.



Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
